Make colorful, textured cardboard shapes to fill a bowl or tray for trendy and rustic Valentine's Day home decor! Use recycled and upcycled tissue paper and cardboard to create adorable x's and o's and hearts to arrange on your coffee table or entryway bench. No special tools or materials needed.

Materials and tools you need:
Corrugated cardboard
Scissors
Utility/craft knife
Paper glue such as Elmer's or a glue stick
Decorative bowl, tray, or large vase to display your shapes
Optional materials:
Ribbon (0.5 inch wide or smaller)
Yarn or twine
Newsprint
Wheat paste or corn starch glue
