The Story of Green Doors Home

Allie McConnell is the owner and founder of Green Doors Home, a cozy e-boutique for lovers of comfort, design, and beauty.
 

Through my background in fashion design, product development, and marketing, I wanted to create an online gathering space that offers both a relaxing shopping experience, and a home to share everything I love.

The cozy spot I came up with is Green Doors Home.

Launched in autumn 2023, Green Doors is an extension of my vintage home goods and botanicals shop on Etsy (2020-2023). I still offer vintage accents for home, along with a curation of homewares, garden goods, and women's accessories.

Your home is your sanctuary. As an independent e-commerce boutique, run by a one-woman ‘team’, I want to help you cultivate your unique vision of your home.

I personally pore through our vendors' offerings, looking for beautiful pieces, quality materials (I try to avoid acrylic or resin, aka plastic), things that nod to the trends but won’t fade into the “donate pile” in six months. Every product in the boutique is hand-selected to offer a unique assortment for your gardens and interiors.

Also, if you follow along with us on our socials, I love seeing your vacation photos, sharing recipes, and squealing over your DIYs and decor ideas.

At Green Doors, we’re neighbors, girls’ girls, and hopefully friends. No rocket ships here - just an old laptop and a dream.
